VFS operates a call centre to answer your questions about the visa application process.

The call centre cannot provide immigration advice, and cannot give you any information about the progress of your application after it has been sent to the UK Border Agency. To find out how your application is progressing, see the Track your application page.

Visa enquiries If you still have a visa enquiry after reading the information on this website you can contact our visa information service by email or telephone. The service is available in English, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 8.00 and 15.00.
