    Points-based system Tier 4 student applicants and groups of 4 or more must make an appointment to attend the visa application centre. All other applicants can use the walk-in service from 8.00 - 12.00) although you are strongly advised to use appointment service, especially at busy times when the waiting times can be long.

    If you still have a visa enquiry after reading the information on this website you can contact our visa information service by email or telephone. The service is available in English, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 8.00 and 15.00.

    The UK Border Agency at the British High Commission and the VFS UK visa application centre in Singapore will be closed on the following holidays in 2010.
