SMS SERVICE (SMS Disclaimer) (EFFECTIVE 24th October 2008)
Visa Applicants can now take advantage of an SMS Service to find out the status of their application. Applicants opting for Status Tracking through SMS shall receive a SMS once the application process is complete and their passport is ready for collection at the UK Visa Application Centre. This service can be made available for a small extra fee of 3 SGD per application. Ask for this service when you submit your application at one of our service desks. This is an optional service which is subject to certain terms and conditions. You are advised to read the terms and conditions before opting for this service.
Courier Facility
VFS are able to offer a courier delivery service to return your passport and documents from the Visa Application Centre to your home. Certain conditions apply (please ask for details at the VAC).
This is an optional service.
Due to rising business costs and price hikes in petrol/ diesel we have been obliged, with immediate effect, to increase the courier charges to $18.
Photocopies
You are advised to make all the photocopies you need before coming to the Visa Application Centre.
However, if you find on arrival that you need further copies VFS will usually be able to make these for you.
The charge for this service is S$0.20 for each page copied. Please note, however,
that we may not be able to offer this optional service during busy periods.
